Ok. Since we are in a dream big moment. I can't resist but speculate with a what if...

Biogen is testing for MS. Biogen want Alz too and would like to see the data. Missling knows what he has, and says no. We are keeping this for ourselves.

Maybe our data is so good that Missling is not letting Anyone see the data until we are protected (poison pill) until our compound is protected (patent).

If we don't show them, they won't know and won't try a takeover. Which is what he's afraid of. Keep it all a secret. Don't let the vultures know, they won't circle, we stay safe.

Bring in the FDA guy and let's get this going. No more news until we can launch. Kaboom!!

Biogen is mad but still wants MS. We don't give them anymore data. They go fishing for other Alz drugs which they just did.
