So let me get this straight.

The company 'acquired' by Mantra forces Larry and insiders to resign but is gonna keep him as CEO of a telecom company?

LMAO

As soon as the shareholder meeting is done they will kick him to the curb and place a new CEO.

Its called a reverse merger.

Mantra is effectively toast.

Lets see if FINRA / SEC even approves this action without further review.
