biotch_researcher. it seems that at tops and bottoms the news is complimentary to the recent trend, or bullish at the top and bearish at the bottom. The story you posted, "U.S. Farmers, Who Once Fed the World, Are Overtaken by New Powers" I was a bit skeptical about it being relevant now. I was surprised to see RJA wake up today, if only for a day since the breadbasket parts of the US had nice rains the last two weeks, especially over the past week end., go figure.
Mutual funds at bottoms are often under valued compared to fair market value of their holdings, and over valued at the tops. I have no way of knowing if that is now the case of RJA a non leveraged ETN and if so how much. But I hope for some or a lot, lol.
