Selling an Organ as a short would put it- CLNE Removes around 10 Million in Dept. with this Deal gains a nice Amount of cash, holds on to the ability to take advantage of Selling RNG and now focuses on the core of the Company, which after this deal ends up almost Debt. Free.
To just throw out there We saw .33 cents and we are told the numbers will go to .27/.28. after the sell. What was the interest on the 10-Million of Dept we carried on these projects and possibly more down the road. 00.06 cents per Gallon is Maybe the smartest thing CLNE has done at this point.
