D'Couto revived the Trademark application for the PowerChip battery and Powerchip fuel cell.

Yet your reaction to that is that they do not exist.

So you are saying that D'Couto is trademarking a device that does not exist.

Why would you need to trademark a device that does not exist ? and how could you sell a device that does not exist ?

It is a step in the process. Not decades old, as of a couple of weeks ago. You do understand April 21st was 2 fridays past.
