What i meant by Monday, is that a settlement would be a material event that they have to disclose. I think they only have 4 days to file material events. So if they had a settlement, which i'm not saying they do because i have no way of knowing that, and it occurred on 4/25, they would have til monday to disclose that. as far as the share buyback, i stand corrected. thank you for posting that.
