Value_Investor, without SEC filings there is no way to tell how many shares VGTL gave away for free that can be sold at even .0001 for a profit. Why buy into a company that was nothing but a fraud at any PPS because the only way to make $$$ is to hope someone comes along and buys into a fraud also?
