The Genesis of ZJMY's EV Technology

We have been reading and digesting FAN Jianfang's works backwards. First we were reading about the "cold machine" EV3.0 technology of 2016/2017, then the business proposal of 2015. Now we found the very original EV commercialization concept of 2012.

From his Linkedin profile, we know that Mr. Han was a professor of economics at Tsinghua University. He quit the teaching job in 2009 to pursue business opportunities. We tried many things and some of them wre pretty successful and innovative.

Around year 2009, he got involved in electric vehicle industry. He pulled engineer talents from Tsinghua University to form his technical team. In 2012, his concept of EV commercialization emerged, that is to separate the car and battery so that car manufacturers and battery manufacturers can do their best. The materialization of this concept create two separate businesses: bare car sales, and battery charge, replacement, and maintenance services.

By 2015, they already developed many patents and solved four problems facing EV industry, and he proposed a business plan to mass market EV for taxi market which has the highest requirement for drive range and safety but less picky on branding. Their plan was taking over one third of taxi vehicle market in China by 2020.

By 2016/2017, the technology concept of EV3.0 becomes mature and ready for the market. It becomes natural for them to identify a partner who can deliver their products and technology to the market to maximize the economical and environmental benefits of their innovation. This was the moment Jinbo came into play. Jinbo's financial backing, business experience and strong team can deliver their technology to the market.

This is like Mr .Han first drawn a sketch in 2012, then drawn a complete picture in 2015, colored it in 2016/2017, it will be for Jinbo to make the colored picture into a 3D movie. I have faith Jinbo can make it happen.
