If the FCC had absolute authority over the licenses, then they would have yanked them years ago . . . you make no sense . . . the BK court has the authority to protect the interest of all stakeholders, including shareholders . . . that is why they issued the stay when the FCC already attempted to yank the licenses . . . also the DC court of appeals said hold up FCC . . . you cannot do this . . . so your point of absolute authority by the FCC is moot . . . also given what they did with STRP . . . this shows that they want to move forward with 5G as quickly as possible and making decisions that would tie up these licenses for years would be in contradiction to this goal . . .
