Consider the following: dr Bonfiglio was attracted for his expertise in financing, strategy and corporate profiling.

It seems to me all his goals are achieved.

1) warrants restructured and financing assured
2) uplisting to Nasdaq
3) collaborations with Memorial Sloan Kettering and AstraZeneca
4) 4 Phase2 trials initiated or running

Not much he can do at TPIV for the moment. The trials have to run their course and this takes time. I'm guessing he got borred and wants a new challenge.
