So it becomes which "report" shows us Oct 2015 Shorts
The site you claim
"SEC FTD Tracking " (I see nothing about Oct 2014)
2b trt :www.sec.gov/foia/docs/failsdata.htm :
OR
the site I found
"www.otcmarkets.com/stock/PYCT/short-sales " (page 2)

Enough said about the figure we can't find where it came from (you don't even acknowledge that it's being "reported".

As for "which is it adanac" quoting me as follows:
"I acknowledge that there have been no reported shorts for PYCT since June of 2010 (WE CAN ALL SEE THAT). "
I'm not "backtracking". It was TRUE back then. From June 2010 to the date of that post "adanac Wednesday, 08/29/12 04:07:59 PM
P#92394.....there were no shorts reported
"www.otcmarkets.com/stock/PYCT/short-sales " (page 2 and 3)

And according to the page 1 of that report, there is "NO SHORT CURRENTLY". I acknowledge that.

MY POINT IS "THAT IS THE REPORT THAT YOU HAVE ALWAYS MAINTAINED PROVED THERE IS NO SHORT' AND FOR THE REASONS YOU STATE SUCH AS A LARGE MARGIN REQUIREMENT.

THE FACT THAT THE REPORT SHOWS SHORTS THROUGHOUT THE YEARS, DISMISSES THAT REASON (MARGIN) AS A DETERANT.

THE FACT WE CAN'T FIND WHERE THE OCT 2015 NUMBER COMES FROM (1,914,709) ALSO PUTS IN QUESTION ANY OF THE REPORT'S DATA.

THEREFORE, UNLESS YOU CAN FIND ONE, THERE IS NO VALID REPORT THAT CAN BE TRUST INDICATING NO SHORT OR THE NUMBER OF SHORTS.
