I think that's a very good idea. VOP violations are by their nature intended to harass, and often do contain posters' real names, addresses, and phone numbers. They should be deleted in a way that makes them invisible to everyone but admins.

And the perps should be punished. A mere post deletion isn't enough to encourage them to change their behavior.
