Per the last 10k for the year ending 12/31/2016 John Bonfiglio's beneficial ownership was 92,026 shares. This includes:

26,053 shares directly or indirectly owned
65,973 shares subject to currently exercisable stock options

And excludes:

29,861 shares subject to options that have not yet vested.

Generally if you are have something that is not vested you don't get to keep it if you leave so I would assume the above 29,861 shares will be forfeited unless some have vested between 12/31/2016 and now. I believe, if I read his employment agreement correctly, that he gets to keep them if he stays on as a consultant. Before he came on as full time President & COO he was a consultant so maybe he will remain a consultant now that he has chosen to step down.
