Likely the recent 17M increase is part of the 482M, so we've a ways to go.

OS when done will be 1.331B, assuming Rich doesn't issue more. That's kind of a problem. He can now issue up to 482M without anyone suspecting anything. He could issue twice that and we won't know anything is up till he surpasses 1.331B. Not sure I like that, but not much choice except buy, sell or hold. Those are the only ones we get.
