then company did a small F/S to change tickers to see if that would help. The MM's were then calling the co. for shares. no way
then the DTCC called the company for the MM's and made threats about the filing for the F/S as not being legal

the company finally called NASD , NASD had to make em back off.
company has great technology (blackbox for vehicles)
they are still trying to regroup after the T e R r oR i S t
