After discussing the profits from their latest scam, a lateral hire from a more traditional mutual fund asks about the legality of using insider deals and diluting retail shareholders to death in order to enrich themselves. In-house counsel explains that nothing that they did was illegal, because the company explained everything in their disclosures, but that the types who take their kind of bait never read them.
