The lawsuit with earastar and CYCA they settled it but the shares that Earastar issued were void as part of the settlement. It's a crazy story but a hundred percent true. I have the certs to prove it. I lost 30k in GETH buying most at above a dollar a share. And 10k of it at 3.75 a share so when it dropped as far as fast as it did the adviser that I was talking to felt bad ad out telling me it was doing above 5 dollars and keep buying. So he said he would make up the loss to me in an other deal. But then there was some Shizzy deals and a fall out. The worst part is I sold all my shares in GETH and am just going to take it as a write off over the next five years. It was our money for a down payment on a house and I thought making a quick 20% would be awesome and help us get a bigger home but it didn't. I turned 30K in to 5 it's an awesome feeling. Never again playing penny stocks I'm going to stick to large caps the fall isn't as big.
