From what I heard this case is much stronger than the ROI case which brought just shy of 1 million dollars, without a jury.
ONLY A MILLION DOLLARS? Considering a real "ROI", if Seth Shaw were to ONLY "wring" a million out of Cowan, the whole exercise will be a losing proposition! This being the case, the retail shareholders should be outraged that they've been "held hostage", waiting on Seth Shaw for nearly two years!
