The SPCL NEWS on the OTC is a lot better than other news items like this:

$SPCL on watch for massive breakout. 100% gainer

That is a suggestion that SPCL will move its pps to .0094 from .0047 while future SPCL "news" is posted.

Yeah, that's what I watched on other penny stock companies the entire year I lost my cash. That won't happen again.
