Yes its EON's alloy, but I'm sure Apple tested Eon alloys before approving the cross license agreement and may still be testing them.
Yes Apple has no rights over anything that is DC, it may or may not be the reason why Apple agreed to 'sign off' on CIP use too Eontec, which lqmt also had to approve. Might be the way for Apple and Eon to work together thru lqmt and its trademarks.
