Says WHO? The FDA is in communication with AVXL and will tell them what they want. People who are not expert on what the FDA requires as far as I know should not be making such statements.

Whatever the FDA wants, AVXL will do. Missling has done a great job getting us to P3 and he will put the ball in the end zone in the most efficient manner. As we can see with the specs for the Rett trial, Missling will do what is needed in the most efficient and effective manner.
