Nope, when a PR is released, they will only be able to sell 10% of the average trading volume per day into the NEWS - each day..

So, let's suppose that ICNB is trading 10 million shares per day average, and the earnings hit and they are fantastic...

And... Let's suppose a huge volume surge hits and ICNB trades up 100% on 30 million shares... Only 1 million shares of that volume will be possible to be the debt holders.... the other 29 million shares will be traders and flippers selling....

It's just not going to be an issue... And remember, at an average volume of 1 million shares, the old debtholders will have to be INVESTORS for almost 2 years to sell all their
shares even if they tried to sell every day... Which it does not appear that they are doing...
