Good point, though the CEO does know insider info that he could be using to justify a price that to us would seem bloated. For a third party perspective, I look to R&G and ask myself if an undefeated law firm would bother with us if they thought they stood a chance of losing. R&G will either slaughter these sheep or shear them, whichever puts the most in their coffers (and by extension, ours).
