No worries , what is sad .. that Neil and his friends are allowing this to happen ...

As respectable company as Pixelmags/ SPCL / Capital Vert ... they should have more ethics than this and allow the share holders the dignity to in explaining fillings and reasons... instead of playing games.

Oh well ... i guess good name means nothing now a days when money is involved.

All i can say don't fall for the science fiction stories being created and sold to you ...

This business of shares raised to 11B is questionable i don't truly yet believe it, most likley when the PR of the deal will come Neil will come with pr saying ... oh that not us that was misunderstanding we never did that or something to that effect :)) ... simply just look at them loading and re-loading and chasing ? and ask why ? if they are diluting why bother to buy and chase the ask ? only an idiot will do that !!!
