Uh, WRONG! The debtor will get shares in tranches. Usually they get an allotted amount which they sell into the market in order to recoup part of their debt. Then the next batch amount is based on the balance of debt still needed to be covered. More shares are dumped into the market and this repeats until the total debt has been paid.

This causes LOWER share price as the debtor just unloads without caring what the share price is.

Pretty simple stuff.
