The smart pen is likely just conceptual at this point. They don't have the money to pay anyone t develop it.

Not to mention it's a poor concept business wise, the vape pen market is saturated, nobody is going to pay extra for the novelty. Not to mention you have to sell it to processors first, the people who will fill the pens.
