wow Edge, this chart is looking scary, but I agree, great time to buy cheapies of FFMGF. In 1-2 years we may look back and laugh about this prices.

I too have some dry powder on the sideline for June..

Gl on the closing tomorrow and that money comes at the right time imo :)
