Yes. When a person is in a ticker and they are down and it looks like there is no hope for it to recover that is one story BUT ADFS has almost no shares and was at 026 6 trading days ago. To sell right now makes no sense. This can literally be at 015-02 with any slight burst of buying volume that comes in. This is not one to sell at the 005's
