Something to complain.

I am thinking that we send out a letter to SEC and a CC to various news media for coverage of this issue. This would probably open doors for much transparency. I hold few million of JPHC and can be considered as long. The letter I am planning to write should be in this format.

1. we will include the list of all the shareholders who are with JPHC and entered into holding this fiasco. I think list is with Same53 or rinderless/bigdogs on RB or here.

2. We should explain the story with brevity and should make it look like a formal complaint with possible group signatures. For this each induvidual can send in a consenting email to the group organizer or leader to send the common complaint. One person who would assemble all these names can include all the induvidual consent letters along with the complaints.

3. We should send the letter asking for a clear clarification as to what went wrong and explaining how inefficient and corrupt are these market makers and the mangament has been in handling our shares.

4. A well documented and a strong worded letter should be sent to SEC and a CC of it should be sent to NY times and some major news papers and may be to some senators. If hedge funds are shorting like crazy we would like to see them pay hefty fines and their licenses cancelled.

5. Finally justice to the share holders for putting them into this ugly fiasco with no end. The justice is in the form of Cash compensation, by dissolving PAIVIS and redistribution of its assests to the sahreholders of the record. Since rinderless at RB took the effort in counting when this fiasco was about to start, I would let him handle this if all of you agree. Else some one can step up and would have all our support.

I personally feel that there is no point in us bragging here on these boards and we should resort to some action if we are to be serious about our investments. I called in too many times to end up in a disappointment at scottrade. I am sure same thing happened to everyone else at different brokers. Why in the hell should Ameritrade be allowed to scam us or company. I think justice needs to be done. I dont care personally whether I will get my money back or not. But Would like to see atleast one of these top brass sit in jail for one to two years .
