(OTCMKTS:ZIVO) a company dedicated to the development and commercialization of nutritional compounds and bioactive molecules derived from its proprietary algal strains, announces today that the Company has executed a definitive agreement with NutriQuest®, an innovative leader in animal health and nutrition solutions, to jointly test and develop animal nutrition products for livestock and poultry. The definitive agreement also grants NutriQuest a worldwide license to market the resulting products under its brand name. The first step, a broiler study to begin understanding the full potential value of ZIVO biomass as a feed ingredient, is already underway.
