RE: it sounds like your expectations are not what they used to be.

Expectations, realizations, speculations and I guess possibilities have all had to narrow into reality based on the facts now known vs what they were 1 or 2 years ago.

A lot has changed over the last two years. I still prefer to trade this one at this time. Held a little sold a lot. The entire core was sold of last May. We'll see what the CC says and I guess the IDCC response to Nokia's release. That should narrow down the range a little more.

Don't know if I'll buy back in as heavy again or not. However I think you would have to admit it's been a great trading stock since 9/11. Properly done it would have produced at least a 100% + return each year. And if you held during that time, well the core I bought around 9/30/2001 at 5 sold in May for 27. That's still a pretty good return during a recession.

It's been a good investment Once, if played properly the price swings would have allowed many to become very rich. I don't think there is any question of that , the only question is who took advantage, and who didn't. And on that issue I really don't care. None of my business.

Well I have to add one part that I have noticed and do care. The management has and still is making more of a return that most investors/shareholders/owners will ever make.
