My hope/thought is that once a credible large revenue producing contract/customer is landed and successfully delivered/executed on then the flood gates will burst open and our PPS will skyrocket. I believe there are significant players that are waiting for this to be proven before they sink their money in and I attribute this to the follies of the last decade. IMO...
