These are not opinions, they are FACTS which you have apparently overlooked in your DD or chosen to ignore them. You have done no DD and are only offering an opinion.

1) Bill McKay is a habitual liar. Just one example is the supposedly signed BTL contract for 10 years which he just recently tweeted that there is NO contract!! No explanation for that huge, glaring contradiction.

2) Bill McKay is a habitual failure. He bankrupted one company before starting this one. He has had years to sell bearings and rods. Nobody wants them. Why?

3) Bill McKay hired the Muse clowns who lied out their ass about EVERYTHING...signed contracts, MRVB buyback, .01 PPS target, etc etc. Then, when confronted, they verbally abuse and malign shareholders in public pissing contests...calling shareholders idiots for buying into everything they and Bill promised or stated last year. Bill later publicly supported everything Muse was doing....so Bill despises and hates shareholders too.

4) MASSIVE and ONGOING dilution. Bill tweeted last summer that he not Muse knew who was dumping shares. The subsequent 10Q showed that Bill KNEW because he was the one issuing hundreds of millions of shares at the time.

5) Bill is doling out tons of shares to his son and wife....for what?

6) Late last year, Bill tweeted pictures of supposedly the BTL machines all setup and ready to go with producing bearings....clearly implying that productions was about to ramp up. Hell, he even tweeted the pic of an office there to handle all of the orders. What the hell happened? Was that a lie or another huge, massive failure?


I will put up the DD from myself and other board members here against yours any day of the week. But hey, go knock yourself out and load up those shares, Back the trucks up!!! WE ARE GOLDEN!!!! ROFLMAO!!!! Inhale deeply...it will be all right. LOL!!!
