A current SPCL thought pops up in my head! What if the 11 Billion increase of SPCL shares to acquire Migme is attached to a SPCL forward split instead of a reverse split.

Would that take the use of that new 11 Billion shares into the stock market and satisfy the current 1.83 Billion SPCL shareholders to watch their broker's account increase to that number? They could multiply their shares by 10 and have an SPCL O/S of 110 Billion shares.
