Why I am not selling "YET", and by no means am I sticking up for his actions as a CEO-man of the year.

He had product in stores! FACT

He holds xxx? amount of shares in DEWM

He will ultimately walk away from significant nest egg if this company goes poof! What a waste of effort.

Lastly SEC hasn't squashed him, why? MB must be communicating to the SEC and they must be satisfied by what they are dishing out.

Again, he needs to come current now, he runs a public company he must address "the public" who have invested. That's the rules.

So, I sit and wait, like all of us that one morning I may be either elated or saddened.

I betting on elated.
