Why WDC Call Spread?
They bought Sandisk.
Memory prices are in an up-swing.
Their current PE is less than 11:1.
They have 64-Layer 3D memory technology which has very strong interest ...
And they have a Cup-w-Handle formation which, due to the above, will break higher upon earnings release on the 27th. And that's why I set up my 85/90 Long Call Spread.
The handle isn't quite there yet but it will likely set up during the two days left before earnings.
