Trump doesn't need a nuclear missile to deal with N. Korea. The Air craft carrier and the nuclear sub are more than enough; and the nuclear sub needn't arm its missiles with anything nuclear. As for Iran, the Israel's will likely deal with them...they've been watching Iran like a hawk watches a mouse for years.

China, Japan, Russia. I don't know; they'll probably watch, like it's a football game.
