Keough's IP and all relevant information was made PUBLIC when not one, but both of his patents were ABANDONED. All the technology and research contained in them are public record, all someone needs to do is change one aspect of the technology and prove it works, like Phillips and Dr. O did. There will be no lawsuit IMO. Please find something else to bash or prove me wrong about anything I have posted thus far.
