Well now it appears RS won't happen at all or at least until they are positioned for Nasdaq. RS shouldn't affect a traders decision on this as it isn't a diluted pig that's selling shares with a fake business front.

It's all about market cap and the fact that it's only $4 million when it should be worth $100-$500 million+. An RS doesn't affect that, it only changes the amount of shares you own and their face value. It doesn't hurt your ROI which is the investment world is all that matters.
