Much thanks for digging this up eatbytes. It all seems true and positive for the time being. The real question is what will this 50.1% look like post IPO. There will no doubt be further dilution and this is not such a big deal, at least for me, as long as Imagion is successful and I am still not convinced it will be. However this being written, VERY Wishful thinking here, I will take 30% of a $200M piece of the pie any-day, anyhow.
