Oh, by the way MHTX owns 50.1% of Imagion's issued & outstanding shares. I finally found this item on page 17 of MHTX's annual report dated 4/17/2017. I haven't, yet, found out how many outstanding shares Imagion has but I'll keep looking. However, I bet MHTX holds well over 1 million shares. Bottom line is that MHTX is presently owner of the majority of their shares. Bottom line is: If the MRX technology meets FDA approval for clinical trials, is as great as Imagion claims, the 50.1% MHTX holdings will grow in value big time as long as MHTX continues to hold the 50.1% of their shares.
