From what I see D'Couto is staying as quiet as he can. Despite shareholder fury.

He is not submitting the 10K or 10Q and somewhat restricting shares traded by insiders because of it. Maybe not such a bad thing.

The cameras will go commercial in late spring despite D'Couto's secretiveness and or inability to provide batteries, there are other battery manufacturers in the world who can provide product. At that point we will have our answer.
