It is very true for the majority of OTC stocks without valid contact Info. and/or without a live website! However only a small part of OTC stocks (among all the ten thousands OTC peers) like VGTL have severely-delinquent-SEC-filing problems which could lead to all the common share's cancellation (100% losses) someday suddenly...

For those low-risk-tolerance investors they should liquidate all their shares to remove potential huge cancellation risk here! But for those high-risk-tolerance investors (they can accept 100% losses by holding VGTL) like me they could hold and wait for the potential big or huge return someday in the near future.

Anyway there are hundreds (if not thousands) of OTC stocks are "SEC-Filing-Delinquent" now! Nothing wrong to buy this type of stocks provided the buyers know the potential cancellation risks --- 100% losses.
