Price is predicated on one word FUNDAMENTALS!!!!!

The fundamentals have changed to a sound quarterly revenues for years. Then

you begin to look at who isn't paying and what they owe and factor in M2M

increasing in revenue. The Internet of things generating new revenues.

Hopefully a license from computer makers and revenue generated by Hillcrest

along with the new patents they have acquired and hopefully a stock split

and dividend increase. Lots of things to look forward to increasing

earnings and revenue. Once again hopefully new license and a huge decrease

in legal expenses accompanied by a corporate tax cut.

Bottom line this isn't your old IDCC but they now have solid ground to

build future revenues, accompanied with a court win over ZTE, and of

course the LG ignoring paying for 3G with no right to arbitration and

not a chance in hell of winning in court after already signing they would

pay a rate for 3G. 7 years of LG thumbing their nose at IDCC is hard to

swallow and I am to stupid to understand why we haven't sought a court

case accompanied with a injunction request. ZTE has tarnished their

reputation with selling of technology to Iran, then throw in a Huawei

license and the Chinese companies have little to defend as the Huawei

rate or higher should apply to them.

I am hoping for at least 2 license deals getting done prior to the

shareholder meeting. My opinion Merritt will have a hard time explaining

how a best in class license team can not get smaller companies to pay.

I also wonder about Foxconn if they now will license as they if I am

not mistaken will be a retailer of handsets and not just a manufacturer

for other companies?
