JANEY, Our buyers are very disciplined and content to accumulate letting the sellers deliver at their limits. No need for them to reach. That kind of $ is not interested in "marks" to make a statement look good. What they do know, IMO, is TPNL is undervalued. So they continue to accumulate. Serious $ have been invested since November. Just look at the volume. Most of those shares are under lock & key. (as are mine)
