Ok then

Took original off our-street and although the signature is pixelated heavy (@ 800x zoom), how do you explain that it is below the type??? Are you saying that it was signed blank and then the document was laid over it?? That is the only way that could occur that I know of. If there is an explanation for this I am all ears-seriously
