Below is the document as it appears on Our-Street's site. The signiture as it is shown in it's original size does touch and ever so slightly go through the 'C'. It looks nothing like your so called source in the link. I would question your so called source how he/she/it changed the image of Our-Street's orginal PDF doc posted on his site.

Further, the PDF doc shown on OS's site magnified at is maximum exposure the line looks exactly like it should for lines created by a pen.

Last, if there was any 'doctoring' it would be from your precious source, because as you can see the orginial document is consistant with how signitures look on a PDF doc. Further when you magnify the orginal document on OS's site with your so called source's doc, the pen mark you refer to look nothing like the other. Your so called source looks like they manipulated the image, for whatever reason I have no clue. Again all you have to do is look up and magnify the image as found on Our Street's site.
