Yes to your number 4 point. But that licensing agreement does not benifit us at all. We gave it to them for free. Yes you heard me right. They use our technology in there azura cloud security and yes they are making hundreds of millions of dollars through azura mabye billions and we do not get one penny not even .0001 lol. Licensing deal we had with them was a one time lump sum and according to Mark Kay in a email or two that sum was included in that so called settlement of 9.7 million dollars which we got less than 5 million dollars. Now you tell me who really won that law suit through that settlement, all I know with certainty it was not SFOR. When they settled im telling you the dead jumped out of there graves and shook there heads for a minute and jumped back in. Now forward to a year later they are suing 7 more infringers and they got the best but they will need thee very best just to overcome that disgusting blunder that is the MSFT SETTLEMENT what a joke if I ever seen one lol.

Now to those who like to believe fairytales. The settlement happened in January so we should have seen some money coming in on the first q ok if not than the second but for the sake of those who demand that fairytales are true than the third. But than finaly the huge 10K and fourth was down right disgusting. What horrifying results. Now if the 10k doesnt prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that we gave msft to use our technology for free than I dont know what else to say. Mark said the 10K proves it what else does one expect.

I also dare say that ACS does own the rights to gid and the mobil one. And 2020 will come and go and no one will ever see any 9 million dollars lol. And during this time ACS will get some big contracts and accounts and make a killing off of our products and we will be going deeper in debt never realizing any revenues or profits lol. Some might ask why Im saying this. Well from what I see Mark is just that type of shruewd negotiator. I think he should read the book THE ART OF THE DEAL might help him a little. It could be why jpm let him go lol jmho. Everyone is making money infringing on sfor products except us. Next 5 years ACS will make millions selling our products. And the next 8 to 10 years law firms are going to make a killing filing law zuits against all the infringers and SFOR will probably be filing for bankruptcy while it's shareholders will be waiting in long lines for there government cheese (hey lol im including myself in that since im a long). And I know all this because. Mark Kay is a true leader amongst leaders and a great CEO. I PRAY THAT WHAT I AM SAYING DOES NOT COME TO PASS.GLTA.
