Otiko can and likely will counter-sue for slander, defamation, amongst other charges. Keogh will likely be on the hook not just for the fees of his attorney(s), but the legal costs VDRM 'might' have to incur as well.

You really think that Keogh had no knowledge of any of this over the past few years until just a few weeks ago? Now, that KAST is failing, he is throwing fire on VDRM with a frivolous lawsuit. It won't stick.

VDRM is being heavily shorted right now and weak hands are falling for it.

Fundamentals are strong here. As soon as the talked about updates come online, this stock will skyrocket way past previous highs a couple of months ago.

Technical charts show it being grossly oversold and today seems like one of the last shots to spook weak hands into selling too. The gap has been filled and RSI is super low.
