On December 13, 2016 the Company signed a Joint Venture Agreement with Dynasonic Solutions, as
Dyansonic continues to work on its units in both Calgary, Alberta Canada, and Texas, USA, IDGC has
remitted the required deposit and is awaiting on the completion of the water treatment facility in Harvey,
IL.
On March 10, 2017 the Company issued 82,539,100 common shares as final payment for settlement of
consulting agreement debt obligation
